Returns

We accept return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused,unopened, and in its original packaging.

Certain products may not be eligible for return for Health and Safety reasons,including opened cosmetics,perfumes,hair products, and personal-care items.

Damaged or Incorrect items if you receive an item that is damaged, detective, or defferent from what you ordered,please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photo of the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected,we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Costomers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged,defective, or incorrectly shipped by Witzsales.
